The developers of MediaCityUK, Peel Media have secured planning permission to convert a three storey building next to The Pie Factory into a new development called the Greenhouse.

The Greenhouse (which is adjacent to the Pie Factory, the campus for the University of Salford and the new home for ITV) will offer a range of office suites for companies of up to 12 employees looking to join the already bustling community at Salford Quays.
