Speedy, providers of equipment rental and support services, has scooped two accolades at this year's Building and Engineer awards.
The business, won both the Supplier of the Year and the Energy Efficient Project of the Year categories.
The business secured the Supplier of the Year for its continued innovation in developing equipment and services to support customer's needs.
Speedy was also commended for its partnership led approach to working with its major customers with its growing operations in the Middle East and North Africa highlighted as an example of best practice.
Speedy's solution to identifying green products, the 'GO Initiative', was the judges' choice for the most Energy Efficient Project in the construction industry this year.
As part of the scheme, Speedy launched the industry's first ever green labelling code that provides information on the energy efficiency performance of tools and equipment.
Speedy was also praised for its recognition of the responsibility the construction industry has to address its contribution to the UK's carbon emissions.
