Property management company, Places for People, has awarded a three-year, £1.5 million contract to responsive and planned maintenance specialist Lovell Respond.

Under the new contract, Lovell Respond will provide gas servicing and reactive gas maintenance services to more than 4,800 flats and houses managed by Places for People in London and on the south coast and the Isle of Wight.

Lovell Respond is the response and planned maintenance business of Lovell.

"We have a strong track record in providing customer-focused gas servicing and responsive maintenance and are committed to working closely with Places for People to deliver a high-quality, value-for-money service through this important new contract," said Lovell Respond Managing Director Steve Kirk.
