Wates Construction has announced it is expanding its North West operations to Liverpool.
The contactor has opened an office on Mount Pleasant in the heart of the city’s knowledge quarter.
Wates has worked on a number of high profile projects in the city including Liverpool John Moores University's Art and Design Academy, the University of Liverpool’s Sydney Jones Library, and more recently the North Liverpool Academy. The company is also currently building the new £19.5m Mount Pleasant Campus for LJMU and the £13m Central Teaching Laboratory for the University of Liverpool.
