Liverpool City Council is carrying out a 'call for sites' exercise to help update the evidence base for its Local Development Framework (LDF) and inform future planning policy.

Landowners, developers, businesses and the public are invited to submit sites that they think would be suitable for development or redevelopment, especially for housing, employment, retail and leisure/commercial uses.

Information gathered will be particularly important in helping the development of policies concerned with the allocation of land for various uses.

Putting a site forward does not guarantee that the council will allocate it or support its development in the future.
