Speedy has extended its five year Strategic Partnering Agreement with Carillion in 2008 to include the provision of plant training.

Under the agreement Speedy will be Carillion's first choice to supply plant and equipment (safety and operator) training on a nationwide basis.

Training will be delivered from a nationwide network of over 100 locations and directly on Carillion sites.

A bookings desk has been created within Speedy to provide Carillion with a single point of contact for course bookings, administration, certification and delegate management information.

Angela Turner, Head of External Training at Speedy said: "Our commitment to customer satisfaction and developing a customer-focussed service has enabled us build a training operation that adds value to the core Speedy customer base."
