New Charter Housing Trust Specifies Metrotile Lightweight Steel Roofing

New Charter Housing Trust, a major Housing Association based in the north of England with a stock of over 18000 homes, has specified Metrotile Lightweight Steel Roofing Systems on a number of recently completed and upcoming building projects.

This includes a stunning refurbishment of fifty BiSF homes at sites in Newton, Hyde, Cheshire and the re-roofing of Pendle House, a home for the elderly located in Denton.

New Charter Housing Trust originally specified the system for flat to pitch conversion work but were so pleased with the results that they have also chosen the product for upcoming new build projects, citing benefits such as the durable, low-weight zero maintenance design that enables a swift installation to the rooftop.
