Lovell has received a top rating from homebuyers in the Home Builders Federation (HBF) National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The company received five stars, the highest possible score, from customers questioned in the annual survey. More than 90% of buyers surveyed who had bought new homes from Lovell were satisfied with the overall quality of their home while the same percentage said they would recommend the company to a friend.
"Our teams are totally committed to delivering the highest quality and service standards. But more than this, we want to make buying a home with Lovell as stress-free as possible and, ultimately, a great customer experience," said Lovell Managing Director Stewart Davenport.
