Lovell has appointed Mike Sugden as business development manager for East Anglia.

Mike has joined Lovell from affordable housing provider Circle Anglia's Cambridge office where he was development manager.

Based at the Lovell office in Lolworth, Cambridge, Mike is responsible for identifying and promoting affordable housing development opportunities in East Anglia, working with the company's RSL (Registered Social Landlord) and local authority partners.

Mike brings with him extensive experience in all aspects of affordable housing development. In addition to his role with Circle Anglia, his career has included working as development manager for South Cambridgeshire District Council. He has also been group estates manager for a number of commercial companies, responsible for property across the UK.
