TilePlans played a key role in helping a trade show display win the Best Stand of the Show Award at Autosport International, Europe's largest annual motorsport exhibition at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham.

TilePlans pvc floor tiles in light grey and black provided the base for the exhibition stand design which promoted the launch of the latest GT40 racing car.

TilePlans organised promotional material for the trade show display and arranged to place their illuminated vehicle display system on top of the floor tiles as the centrepiece of the exhibition stand design – to dramatic effect.

The trade show display featuring the illuminated vehicle floor was voted the best exhibition stand at the show, which attracted 600 exhibitors and thousands of visitors.

The illuminated vehicle display system produces a glittering array of flashing colours to attract attention to the exhibition stand design.

The innovative trade show display was used to launch the GTR40, the latest purpose-built track version of the classic GT40 racing car which incorporates modern safety features.

TilePlans floor tiles were also used at Autosport International to form the base of the trade show display of 1st Tickets.co.uk, which displayed a Lamborghini racing car. The red and dark grey tiles matched the racing colours of the Gallardo racing car to enhance the exhibition stand design.

This is the second consecutive year that TilePlans floor tiles have been used on the exhibition stand design promoting the GT40 racing car at Autosport International.
