CityWest Homes has selected Lovell to work on its major new-build and housing refurbishment framework.

The company is one of 13 firms to be selected for the four-year framework by CityWest Homes, which manages 22,000 homes on behalf of Westminster City Council. As part of the agreement, Lovell will design and build new homes and carry out refurbishments to existing properties managed by CityWest Homes in the City of Westminster.

Through the framework, Lovell will undertake schemes worth up to £5 million and projects worth between £5 million and £10 million, £10 million and £25 million and more than £25 million.

"We are delighted to have been chosen by CityWest Homes for this important scheme which will make a real difference to the lives of people living in Westminster," said Lovell Regional Director Steve Coombs.
