Lovell To Deliver £65m Housing Framework

Lovell has been chosen by Moat as a contractor partner for its £65 million new-build and housing refurbishment framework.

The company is one of 15 firms selected for the housing group’s four-year framework. As part of the agreement, Lovell will design and build new homes and carry out refurbishments to existing properties owned and managed by Moat in Kent, Essex, Sussex, Hertfordshire and south London.

Through the framework, Lovell will undertake schemes worth between £3 million and £10 million and projects worth over £10 million.

"We are very pleased to have been chosen by Moat as one of its framework contractors," said Lovell regional director Steve Coombs. "In addition to providing much-needed new homes in London and the Home Counties, this exciting scheme will also give existing properties across the region a new lease of life."

Jason Amos, head of development delivery at Moat, commented: "We are delighted to be working with Lovell on future projects. The partnership will allow us to continue to develop high-quality affordable homes for people in housing need in the South East of England. It will also enable us to provide refurbishment works to homes that are in need of some additional care."
