Manchester City Council is inviting south Manchester residents to share their views about plans to enhance The Barlow RC High School and Specialist Science College in East Didsbury.
As part of Manchester's Building Schools for the Future programme, funding has been approved for a £11.2m rebuild and refurbishment of the Parrs Wood Road school.
The work will begin in April 2010 and will include the provision of new build accommodation and extensive remodelling and refurbishment of existing buildings. Work is due for completion by winter 2011.
Plans of the new school design are on display at The Barlow in the main entrance lobby between 10am and 4pm from Monday, 23 November to Friday, 27 November.
There will also be comment sheets available for local residents to leave any thoughts they may have about the plans.
