Wates Living Space has been awarded 'Sustainable Social Housing Contractor of the Year' at the recent Inside Housing Sustainable Housing awards in London.

Sustainable Technologies Manager, Paul Davies was also shortlisted for the Green Social Housing Champion of the Year for his continued work and personal commitment to environmental issues.
