Work has begun on landmark business units aimed specifically at small businesses.

The Knowlhill Business Parc, on a site acquired from Milton Keynes Partnership, has been conceived to provide small businesses with a high quality environment.

The flexible 800 – 5,000 sq ft architecturally designed units vary to include lifts and balconies and can be tailored to individual interior requirements.

The independent units which provide each business with their own dedicated entry and private parking are available for freehold sale or leasehold.

The first phase of the development is already underway with units expected to be available from March 2010.

Tim Roxburgh, Projects Director of Milton Keynes Partnership, said: "The start of this development is good news for business in the city. It not only shows that developers have confidence in the market here but will also provide a new offering for small businesses."
