MH Equipment Announce ABF Breaker

MH Equipment have announced the first ABF breaker in the UK.

The ABF (anti blank fire) system was retrofitted to an Indeco 4000 hydraulic breaker in their hire fleet. The ABF is a system that stops the breaker running on, or firing without any weight on the steel. This greatly extends the service life of the retaining axles and tie rods.

This has been available on Indeco's larger breakers (5000, 7000, 9000 and 12000) for some time and has proven to reduce running costs by some margin. ABF is a no extra cost option on all hammers from the 2500 size and upwards. The attached photo shows the Indeco 4000 working on a Volvo EC290 owned by Goody Demolition.
