CITB Appoints New Deputy Chair

The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) has appointed Ms Judy Lowe as Deputy Chair.

She will take up her post on 1 October.

Kevin Brennan, Minister for Further Education, Skills, Apprenticeships and Consumer Affairs, said: "I am very pleased to confirm the appointment of Ms Lowe as Deputy Chair for the Construction Industry Training Board. I am sure Ms Lowe's knowledge and experience of the industry will be invaluable in helping the Board to best address the training needs of the industry."

The post is a part-time appointment of two days per week, for which a salary of £21,501 per annum is payable.
