Shocking company and terrible customer service received with the last two orders I placed.. I should have learnt my lesson after the first time! But I foolishly gave them a chance only to be let down massively yet again! I placed an order about a week ago and it didn’t turn up when they said and it turned up 6 hours late after a couple of calls to them and after I’d stayed in all day then I’d placed another order this morning 9/8/23 and was promised a delivery around 12.30 no delivery turned up so at 3 I rang them and was told they’d made a mistake but would get it to me by 5 no delivery turned up so I rang them again and I was told they weren’t delivering it today and I had to wait until tomorrow or cancel the order when they knew my builder was coming to do more groundwork on the patio.. I explained my builder was being paid to come and he was finishing work earlier today to do more work on my patio so he would obviously still want paying for losing his extra hours at work and them letting me down wasn’t very fair to me and then I was passed to another man who was extremely rude and said take it tomorrow or cancel it as we aren’t delivering it today and then he hung up on me.. Terrible company and I will not recommend them to anyone or be using them again!

Only wanted one old pavement flag to finish steps. Extremely helpful and had matching flag, not expensive. Will definitely use again.

Not even 1 star worthy. Sent out flags they admitted they wouldn’t usually send out (big thick 1970’s style) even though they had previously shown me the flags which is why I ordered. They then charged me to collect them but “forgot” to post refund, after forgetting to ring to say they were on the way to collect. Had to collect the refund in the end as apparently they would drop if when in the area which they said they were twice but then decided they hadn’t infact been anywhere near, which to be honest wasn’t worth having. Basically cost £102 for 60 block, 3 half bags of sand and 2 cement. Will stick to b&q or lewis’ in future. The younger lad on the phone is very rude and doesn’t give a monkeys and the lady knew nothing about it. Absolute massive communication issues which they admitted. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Friendly quick service, local to me so ordered a ton bag of gravel for the garden and was here in 30 mins! Also much cheaper than 'big name' DIY stores.
