Wall And Ceiling Sanding Gets Easier

A new innovation for ceiling and wall sanding has been just announced to the dry lining industry.

Described as a 'drive along' ceiling and wall sander, a new tool called the Vezos HandySand, has just been introduced to the UK & Irish Dry Lining industry.

Manufactured in Greece with full CE certification with an International Patent pending, the HandySand, powered by a 750watt motor works in conjunction with all commonly available vacuum units.

Vezos distributors Igoe International Ltd distributor managing director Brendan C Igoe said that the machine is designed with a solid drive system like a vehicle drive shaft which means a much reduced length of flexible shaft which in turn means less shaft breakages and any necessary replacement can be carried out on site in minutes.

Igoe added, the extra motor power and torque creates enough suction to actually make it cling to ceilings etc thereby eliminating the need to lift the tool.

The main benefits of this new system are that its self-gripping feature takes virtually all the weight off the users shoulders and arms reducing operator fatigue making the job a lot easier and faster. A shorter flexible shaft ensures less maintenance, according to Igoe.

A DVD is available which shows the unit in action or you can log on directly to the Vezos website and see the video www.vezos.gr.
