Honeywell Heating Controls Make It Easy

Homes can greatly cut fuel consumption and increase comfort with a new Honeywell concept called Line of Text (LoT ™) which makes it easy for users to control central heating systems to match lifestyles.

While heating controls have increased greatly in sophistication, many users find them difficult to use properly, so fail to use their full potential to reduce fuel consumption and enhance home comfort.

The Honeywell LoT™ concept features a large ultra-clear display and is so simple to use that users and installers should not need to look at the instruction book (but Honeywell supplies one anyway).

LoT™ provides simple English language instructions in its big display, not tiny ambiguous pictures and confusing menus as used in most other digital heating controls. There are prompts at every stage so, whatever the user does, it is obvious exactly what is happening and what to do next.

LoT™ is already used in the stylish Honeywell CM900 programmable thermostat and developed further in the new Honeywell ST9000 family of central heating programmers and timers, being launched in October 2007. All these products are ideal for radiator and underfloor heating with gas or oil fired boilers, including condensing and combination models, as well as electric heating.
