JT Plant and GK Construction – setting-out and surveying for South Liverpool Homes site at the South Parade regeneration scheme in Speke. This major development will deliver 92 new homes, including houses, bungalows, and apartments, with completion scheduled for 2027.

Van Elle (new client) – setting-out on housing developments in Southport Road, Liverpool where 85 dwellings are due to be built.

Cohesion Piling Company – CFA piling setting-out in Sheffield

Nero Piling (new client) – setting-out at Netherlands Way, Immingham for a battery farm.

Branley Homes – back on site at the White House Apartments scheme.

Mia James Construction – setting-out for a renovation and nursery extension to welcome 40 new children in Macclesfield.

Portal Construction – completion of setting-out on HTI Preston where we set out over 200 bolt boxes, 2700+ CMCM Piles and carries out an as built survey and on-going works

MJ Davidson - Completed works Setting out base positions for a solar farm at Prestwick, Scotland

Rhino Piling - 3 new projects starting for rhino. Setting out pile positions and ring beams in Stoke- On -Trent, Measuring and surveying house movement during underpinning in Salford and finally setting out for the build of 3 new apartments at Station Stores in Baldwins Gate.
