The Penbridge features a spacious hallway downstairs leading to a modern open-plan kitchen/dining space, with bi-fold doors opening into the rear garden giving an airy feel to the space.

Upstairs, the main bedroom benefits from a private ensuite shower room, whilst a further three double bedrooms are served by the family bathroom. There is also an additional storage cupboard on the landing.
