All eyes are on the home's hallway, according to new data from the UK's leading supplier and distributor of radiators, UK Radiators.
Using data from Pinterest, UK Radiators found searches for the term 'entrance hall décor' have increased 50 per cent over the last month. And one simple style-fix for a fab hallway is by adding a gorgeous radiator.
But finding the perfect radiator for the hallway is no mean feat – a bulky radiator can eat into your limited space as well as detracting from the overall aesthetic.
Rob Nezard, Managing Director of UK Radiators, said: "Hallways are often the first thing visitors see when they arrive in your home so if you want to make a great first impression, this is where to start. Don’t let the wrong choice of radiator ruin it."
Here Rob shares his top tips on how to choose a radiator for the entrance hall:
Vertical Charm: Limited on floor space? Embrace vertical radiators. These sleek, space-saving options come in various heights and finishes, adding a contemporary touch. Think column radiators in chrome for a modern vibe, or explore flat panel styles for a minimalist look.
Horizontal Elegance: For wider hallways, horizontal radiators offer a classic yet sophisticated feel. Consider cast iron designs for a touch of vintage charm, or contemporary options with towel rails for added practicality.
Mirror, Mirror on the Radiator: Double duty never looked so good! Mirrored radiators reflect light, making hallways feel more spacious. This is the ideal choice for small entrance hallways.
Size Matters: Measure your hallway carefully to ensure the radiator fits comfortably without overwhelming the space.
Heat Output: Don't sacrifice warmth for style! Choose a radiator with enough heat output for your hallway size.
Hallway radiators are available now from UK Radiators.
