Galliford Try's Environment business has been selected by mobile infrastructure provider Cornerstone to a new multi-million-pound construction framework.
The framework is set to run over the next three years, with an option to extend for an additional two, and will involve acquisition, design, construction and site decommissioning works.
The works will be delivered through the Telecommunications and Security arm of the Environment business unit, which has a long-standing relationship with Cornerstone, and supports the wider group strategy of working with established repeat clients on high-quality frameworks.
Steve Slessor, Managing Director for Galliford Try's Environment business, commented: "The majority of our work in the telecommunications sector is conducted through long-established collaborative relationships developed over many years, engendering a genuine sense of partnership, so we are delighted to have been selected once again by Cornerstone to deliver this vital infrastructure for the telecommunications sector.
"We look forward to working in partnership with Cornerstone to deliver excellence through world class execution and customer service."
Denis Coakley, Chief Operating Officer, Cornerstone commented: "We are pleased to continue and extend our existing relationship with Galliford Try. As the UK's leading mobile infrastructure services provider, it's important that we partner with trusted providers such as Galliford Try who share and align with our goals for enabling connectivity across the UK for millions of people, communities and businesses."
