Interserve has secured a spot on a new £100m general contractors framework.

The firm was selected as a framework contractor by Bradford Metropolitan District Council on Lot 2, covering building works from £500k-£2.5m; Lot 3 covering building works from £2.5m-£5m; and Lot 4 covering works in excess of £5m.

This framework will be utilised to procure building schemes throughout the district to support the expansion and maintenance of the Council's estate. It will include new builds, alterations and extension works including education, affordable housing schemes, residential and extra care homes, public buildings, sports and leisure facilities.


The framework will run for an initial two-year period, after which the Council reserves the right to extend the framework for a further two one-year periods.
