Work On £6m Bolton Office Development Complete

Work on a new £6 million office building is complete in Bolton.

The new five-storey development was built by Robertson North West and forms part of the Bolton Central development.

It is the latest development in the town centre following the £48m transport interchange, the revamp of Newport Street and the ongoing developments at the Market Place.

Robertson's Business Development Director, Richard Buck, said: "The Bolton Central development has been a fantastic project for us to be involved in and we have worked tirelessly to ensure it is finished to an exceptional standard.

"The modern office accommodation will help to build on the great developments that are taking place in Bolton. This building will also support the council in meeting the growing demand from businesses for high-quality office space in the town centre."
