Southampton lawyers at Clarke Willmott LLP advised the company on delivering the succession planning deal, which created a structure to enable the introduction of management shareholders, and the ongoing operation of the business with the continuing executive team.
Under the new terms, Business Development Director Mark Vincent Pre-construction Director Dave Lyster, Senior Estimator Andy Corry, Commercial Manager Dave Moore and Operations Director Martin Tidby all become shareholders.
