Interserve has secured a £37.5 million contract to provide facilities management (FM) services across eight shopping centres in the UK.
The Group will deliver a range of services for Land Securities' flagship shopping facilities. An additional centre being added to the deal from 2017 in Westgate, Oxford.
Working alongside Land Securities and its M&E supplier NG Bailey, Interserve will deliver security, cleaning, customer service support and waste management services. In addition, 560 employees will transfer to Interserve from previous suppliers as part of the deal.
