Property investor Almacantar has joined industry supply chain organisation Build UK.
The development company is the third client to join Build UK, alongside Argent and Great Portland Estates plc.
Build UK Chief Executive Suzannah Nichol MBE said: "We're delighted to welcome Almacantar to Build UK. The success of our first year was down to the commitment and willingness of our members to change their practices and I'm confident that, as more leading clients come on board, we can continue to deliver change through the supply chain."
Almacantar Project Director Geoff Taylor added: "Improving quality and productivity within the construction industry can best be achieved when clients and suppliers work together, and Build UK has moved to create that forum. We look forward to working with Build UK and its members to help shape the future of the construction industry."
Almacantar specialises in large-scale, complex investments in Central London. It currently owns over 1.5 million sq ft of development assets in the city, including Centre Point, Marble Arch Place, CAA House, One and Two Southbank Place, 466-490 Edgware Road and 125 Shaftesbury Avenue.
