Trust Property Management (TPM) has been contracted to provide services for two developments to be located in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
The company will act as managing agent for Windsor Court, a residential 24-flat building and Kensington House, a residential 22-flat building, both in the Corner Hall Estate.
The estate originally comprised of four detached office buildings known as Brindley House, Telford House, Clifton Court and Brunel Court.
All four buildings were originally developed in the 1980's and each comprises three of four storeys.
Telford House has been converted into residential apartments and is now known as Kensington House.
Brindley House is currently being redeveloped into residential apartments and will be known as Windsor Court.
Total floor areas of the Hemel Hempstead building complex include 4,888 sq m (52,631 sq ft) spread over four buildings.
The area also includes several outlets for national retailers including Debenhams, Starbucks, HMV and Waterstones.
