Housing Maintenance Solutions (HMS) has been awarded a £200 million repairs, maintenance and investment contract from Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH).
The deal involves HMS carrying out repair and maintenance work on 15,000 homes owned by LMH over the next four years.
HMS will also provide environmental and refurbishment works on empty properties.
Paul Worthington, Managing Director at HMS, said:" A four year contract gives us the opportunity to plan and deliver co-ordinated services.
"We have a strong foundation having provided a consistently high standard of maintenance for LMH over the past year and now we can focus on streamlining our services to meet the demands of tenants even better."
Chief Executive at LMH Steve Coffey said: "We are delighted this work was won by HMS, it will also allow us to reinvest the profits it makes into our social dividend which is a fund that supports initiatives that address deprivation, promote inclusion and support communities."
