B&K Wins £20m Development Contract

Bowmer and Kirkland (B&K) has been awarded a contract by the Peel Group for MediaCityUK's £20 million Tomorrow development in Manchester.

Salford City Council granted planning permission in September.

The project includes over 100,000 sq ft of space and features a 10 storey Premier Inn hotel with 112 beds.

New offices and studio spaces are also to be built.

Chapman Taylor designed the development.

Neil Brook, B&K Regional Director said: "Bowmer and Kirkland is delighted to have been awarded this prestigious project for the Peel Group at MediaCityUK."
