A housing development in Birmingham is almost complete.
The 22 new homes in Lozells Street is being constructed in partnership between Birmingham City Council's Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust (BMHT) and housebuilder Lovell.
The City Reach Development is divided equally between rental and sale properties to suit a wide range of budgets, including affordable homes.
City Reach will offer 11 homes for sale, as well as 11 rental properties.
Kate Rees, regional sales manager for Lovell, said: "We have developed an excellent partnership with BMHT who are following through on their promise to continue creating new council homes in the city.
"We're delighted to have built these high quality new homes for both city council tenants and homeowners in Lozells. These attractive and well-designed properties give Birmingham residents a rare chance to buy a brand new home in a great location."
