Berrington Court and Hampton Mews will provide 112 new homes to the district and offer a new choice for residents when they are considering their existing and future housing requirements.

Phase one, Hampton Mews is due to be completed in November 2015. It will consist of an apartment complex which is specially designed to help adults with learning disabilities to live independently.

Phase two, Berrington Court, will be the main part of the development. It will have 100 self-contained one and two bed apartments for people aged 55 or over and it is anticipated that this will be available for occupation from September 2016.
