PH Property Expands

Founded almost twenty years ago, Cheadle based PH Property Holdings Limited has an established reputation for building prestigious homes of the highest quality, in some of the UK's most desirable areas. From listed barn conversions to the recreation of an English Country Estate, PH Property has delivered a wide variety of high-end projects.

Now looking to expand its operations, the Cheadle based house builder is to begin focusing its attention on more traditional family homes. Drawing on the wealth of the experience and expertise gained operating in the upper echelons of the housing market PH Property is seeking to bring new levels of style and sophistication to a much wider but equally discerning audience.

PH Property will implement its new strategy, in order to meet the growing demand for high quality, new homes in the very best locations.

Phil Hughes, Managing Director at PH Property, commented: "We have identified what we believe is a gap in the market and are looking to make use of our strong financial position, beginning with the acquisition of sites in Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Cheadle Hulme and Mellor.

"Although smaller in size, these homes will continue to reflect PH Property’s philosophy of delivering the highest levels of service, alongside architectural excellence and outstanding build quality."

Given its established reputation for providing quality developments, PH Property looks well placed to excel as it strives to satisfy a growing mid-range property market. Planning permission has recently been secured at Hulme Hall, Cheadle Hulme and at Greenlands, Chorley Hall Lane, Alderley Edge, for a total of 21 new homes selling for prices in the range £400,000 to £700,000.
