Lovell Appoints Strategic Development Manager

Housing developer Lovell has appointed Charlotte Smith as strategic development manager for the company in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.

Charlotte was previously assistant development director with housing association bpha.

In her new role with Lovell, she will generate business opportunities for the company's Eastern region with a particular focus on new-build housing schemes and projects drawing on the company's expertise in delivering mixed tenure developments offering both new affordable homes and properties for open market sale.

Lovell regional director Tony Tann said: "Charlotte is an extremely experienced project manager with an impressive track record in the delivery of complex mixed tenure projects and investment programmes. She will play a key role in the continuing development of the business in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex and I am delighted to welcome her to our team."
