The development forms part of the £400m regeneration of South Kilburn, London, which aims to deliver 2,400 new high quality homes and is set to become a new urban landmark, enhancing the vision set out by the London Borough of Brent.

Brent Council's Lead Member for Regeneration and Major Projects Councillor Crane said: "This new development will be a real asset to the regeneration of South Kilburn. It opens up this desirable part of Brent to buyers who often have to compromise location for size or quality. Our aim is to develop housing of a high standard, in great neighbourhoods, to suit most budgets. This scheme, thanks to the support of our partners, is an example of how we are making that possible."

Nicolas Guérin, Managing Director of Bouygues Development said: "We are delighted to be part of the team delivering this important project and helping the London Borough of Brent to realise their vision. Working with our partners, our focus has been to provide a high quality development, designed with this vision in mind and deliver a scheme which enhances the area and supports the environment where people will want to live."
