Mansell Secures Student Accommodation Development In Reading

Mansell has won a £3.7 million contract with Fawleybridge Student Accommodation for the design and build of a new student accommodation development at Regis Park Road, Green Road, Reading.

The five-storey building will provide some 100 en-suite bed rooms arranged in shared flats of various sizes, from 5 beds up to 10 and 12 beds. Each flat has its own common room and kitchen and will be of a very high specification including high speed internet, WiFi, and TVs.

The Regis Park development will be the second student accommodation facility for Fawleybridge, who already successfully operate a building at Kings Road in Reading. Regis Park will be the closest purpose built, privately operated, student accommodation facility to the Reading University campus.

Construction is due to start in July 2012 and complete in summer 2013.
