Kier Sweeps The Board Of Constructing Excellence Wales Awards

Kier celebrated a record breaking year at this year's Constructing Excellence Wales Awards at the SWALEC Stadium in Cardiff.

Having been short-listed in all ten categories the company won three and management trainee Amy Griffiths was also highly commended in the Young Achiever of the Year Award.

The winning projects were:

Community Benefits Award - Blaenavon Community Campus

Low/Zero Carbon Award – The Regain Building

BREEAM Bespoke - Crownbridge School

"This was a brilliant evening for Kier and a tribute to the very successful relationship we have built with Torfaen over the last seven years," said Kier director Martyn Osborne. "I am really proud of the team in Wales who made these awards possible, it was a great result."

The winners will now be put forward for the national Constructing Excellence Awards in London later this year.
