Kier Building Maintenance Appoints New Regional Director

Kier Building Maintenance (KBM) has appointed Rob Leitch as Regional Director for its London operations.

Rob joins KBM with a wealth of experience, most recently from Rok where he was Regional Leader for London and the South East for two years. Previously, he was at Morgan Ashurst for six years and spent 18 years at Wates as Regional Managing Director for London and East Anglia.

Based in Islington, Rob reports to KBM's National Operations Director, Keith Watson, and is responsible for running all KBM contracts in the London area including Islington, Greenwich, Barking, Ealing, and Hammersmith and Fulham, as well as KBM's contract in Brighton.

Commenting on his new role within Kier, Rob said: "I am delighted to be joining KBM and am very much looking forward to working with the team as we develop the business. I believe that by working safely and delivering an exceptional customer service when we build and maintain properties in our communities, we will be well placed to help achieve the Kier vision."
