Established over 30 years ago, the prctice has primarily worked in the Food Industry. Both large and small projects have been successfully completed to date. Civil & Structural Design
Lynch & Associates have over 30 years experience in structural design in both steel and concrete. This varies from domestic dwellings to large industrial and commercial projects using complex structures. With our wide range of experience across different sectors we provide innovative and cost effective design solutions to satisfy our clients needs.

Electrical, Power & Lighting Design
Lynch & Associates design, tender and oversee numerous electrical installations which include medium voltage installations, power distribution and lighting design. We have worked on electrical contacts up to a value of 10 million with numerous different aspects. As part of our design package we specify wiring installations, electrical panels, building management systems & services control and lighting design & specification.

HVAC & Refrigeration Design
Lynch & Associates undertake in house design of the requirements for refrigeration both for product cooling and building services. This includes calculating heat load, designing pipework and specifying required compressors and heat exchangers including the control of same.

Mechanical Services Design
Lynch & Associates provide an in house design of Mechanical Services. This includes calculating hot/cold water and steam requirements. As part of our service we specify piping systems including valves and pumps. We also includes specify boilers, heat exchangers and control systems both for environmental and production needs. This can also include heat recovery systems where feasible.

Effluent Plant Design
As part of our industrial services Lynch & Associates can design on site effluent plants to deal with our clients processes needs. In the past these have included extended aerobic effluent plants and anaerobic digestors.

Project Management
As part of the services we provide project management which combines both quality control and cost control of the projects undertaken. This also includes financial reporting of the financial costs.

Surveying & Applications
Lynch & Associates have provided their services to achieve successful Planning Applications, Fire Safety Certificate Applications and Disability Access Applications. Successful application have been achieved across a broad range of sectors from Bespoke Dwellings to Large Scale Industrial Factories.
