As the UK's largest new‑home warranty and insurance provider, NHBC's purpose is to raise standards in home building and construction quality. Founded by Blackstone Real Estate and Regis Group, Leaf Living supplies professionally managed, family‑sized new‑build homes for the BTR market. The UK's BTR sector continues to expand rapidly, with record investment of £5.2–£5.3bn in 2025 and single‑family rental accounting for almost half of all activity (Savills).
