GRAHAM has set up a dedicated Health & Safety Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Forum spanning its Dyecoats and Boddingtons schemes, following Latimer by Clarion Housing Group's call for greater cross‑project consistency and collaboration.

Meeting every month and alternating between the two locations, the forum brings together representatives from the entire supply chain — from teams currently on-site to those due to mobilise — to align expectations, sustain clear communication and embed a proactive safety culture across all partners.

To reinforce this approach, GRAHAM has introduced incentives recognising individuals and teams who excel in health and safety. These awards celebrate operatives, supply chain partners and project employees who go above and beyond to uphold best practice and raise standards across both schemes.

Through this joined-up model, both projects continue to maintain an excellent safety record. The collective focus from GRAHAM, Latimer by Clarion Housing Group and supply chain partners is on continual improvement and incident prevention — building safer sites, stronger relationships and better outcomes for everyone involved.
