Spitfire Homes Reports Record Growth With 303 Homes Complete In 2025

Homebuilder Spitfire Homes has reported a record year in 2025, achieving 70% growth with 303 homes completed as part of its continued expansion across the Midlands region.

The growth supports the company's ambitions to scale while maintaining its design-led ethos, backed by a strong regional presence, an extensive land pipeline, and consistently high sales rates that have outperformed the market.

Spitfire's success has been recognised through its award as Small Housebuilder of the Year 2025 at the Housebuilder Awards, as well as achieving five-star status in the first year of participation in the Home Builders Federation's Customer Satisfaction Survey. Both accolades highlight the brand’s focus on quality, innovation, and customer experience.

In 2025 alone, Spitfire submitted planning applications for over 500 new homes across locations including Broadway, Balsall Common, and Belbroughton, strengthening its pipeline and capacity for long-term delivery of sustainable, design-led properties.

All new collections now showcase Spitfire’s thoughtfully crafted range of housetypes, designed to help the business scale and reach a broader range of customers. The Spitfire Homes Bespoke Collection continues to offer premium homes in the region’s most desirable locations, reflecting the design and craftsmanship that the brand is known for and cementing its reputation for delivering future-proofed, aspirational homes.

Dave Smith, Managing Director of Spitfire Homes, said: "Achieving 70% growth signifies a landmark year for Spitfire Homes, underlining the strength of our collections and ability to deliver a quality product. The scale and variety of homes we've created spotlights the expertise and talent across the business, from design through to delivery.

"Growing at this scale reflects the commitment and hard work of our employees but also our valued partners and supply chain. The results of 2025 demonstrate that we are delivering on our ambitions while staying true to the quality and design-led ethos that defines Spitfire Homes."

Looking ahead, Spitfire plans to unveil brand-new collections across the Midlands, combining bespoke designs with thoughtfully crafted housetypes. Each home will celebrate and enhance its community’s unique character, expanding access to the high-quality, tailored approach that Spitfire Homes is known for.
