GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out has completed Phase 1 of the refurbishment of the M&S Pantheon Foodhall on Oxford Street.
The project involved delivering a modern, functional fit-out within a live retail environment in one of London's busiest shopping districts.
The Foodhall covers 20,000 sq ft and incorporates hot food counters, a coffee shop, a British gifting section, and a contemporary layout designed to support an efficient customer flow. The fit-out required careful coordination and execution to integrate these elements while maintaining operational continuity.
"It's amazing what you can achieve with the right team and supply chain. This was a rollercoaster journey for the construction team, but the results speak for themselves," said, Mark McAloon, GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out Project Manager.
The Pantheon is a historic site, originally opened in 1772 and later transformed into a Marks & Spencer flagship in 1938. Its Art Deco façade, designed by Robert Lutyens, remains intact as part of the building's renovation.
GRAHAM's project team, including Carl Hudson, Sean McNiff, Jez Bullman, Nikhil Patel, and Liam McElroy, managed the fit-out and ensured the completion of the Foodhall to specification and programme.
With Phase 1 complete, GRAHAM is now progressing to Phase 2, which will focus on the Fashion, Home and Beauty departments as part of the wider Pantheon Renewal Project.
