Galliford Try Scoops £56m Contract

Galliford Try has been awarded a £56 million contract to build a private rented sector (PRS) scheme in Milton Keynes.

The Secklow Gate site, on Avebury Boulevard close to the centre of the town, will be developed to deliver 329 PRS residential units, across four buildings of varying up to 11 storeys in height. In addition, the building incorporates flexible commercial space dedicated car parking spaces.
