I want to thank you so much for your extremely prompt service, sending me a small piece of steel for my son's school project. It arrived yesterday as you promised, despite me having an unreasonably short delivery request. That kind of service is not seen very often and I'm more than obliged to you. My son was able to finish his project, making a motorbike stand for his Design and Technology GCSE, and he was able to hand it in today, on the last day he was allowed.
