Kynaston Contracts Services Ltd

I contracted another company to carry out work on my home and they subcontracted to Kynaston Contract Services for the installation of a Tata Colorcoat Urban roof. They installed the roof and left it in such a state that after the first heavy rainfall following installation it failed and water saturated the internal ceiling and walls. On close inspection the day after (photos available) I found huge gaps where the join with the roof had not been properly sealed. Kynaston Contract Services refused to take responsibility. Even after remedial measures taken by my builder the roof still leaks due to rain entering the ventilation slots because they did not take account of the pitch. Theyve refused to do anything and basically dont want to know, so my best advice would be to avoid this contractor at all costs. They have not helped me in anyway whatsoever. No explanation, no help, nothing. All I can do is post reviews, warn others and file a complaint with Shropshire Trading Standards. Ill be taking my builder to court they way things are going and theyll be called. I would not rate them even the one star but I cant enter 0.
