About AOC Demolition Ltd
AOC Demolition Ltd is a specialist demolition company who offer a bespoke service to the construction industry, we hold over 30 years’ experience in the industry and pride ourselves on maintaining excellent client relations which has enabled us to grow year on year.
We provide a comprehensive range of services including structural alterations, high rise demolition, city centre projects, asbestos removal, site clearance, earthworks and civils.
Through good health and safety management and investment on staff training we have a vast and varied portfolio of completed projects and hold an enviable health, safety and environmental record.
Our mission is to provide our employees, clients and the communities in which we work, with a solid foundation from which to build a sustainable future. First and foremost by only accepting projects that we can conduct to the highest standards, expanding our services but remaining true to our core skill-set, and investing in new technology, whilst maintaining to reduce our carbon footprint.
Where constraints dictate that traditional mechanical demolition cannot be carried out AOC have the experience and ability to tailor our methods to suit the environment.

The AOC team have been invaluable in ensuring the overall Shirley Powergen project is progressing exceptionally well to date. Anthony and the team at AOC had a huge challenge with the very tricky 8 storey and surrounding buildings demolition works required. They went the extra mile to ensure minimal disruption occurred to the surrounding area, and worked closely with the Environment Agency to monitor and manage dust emissions throughout. They also used a specialist Crane Mat to ensure debris were contained within the site boundary, and traffic management was agreed and implemented at agreed stages of the work, supporting the H.S.E and Environmental Health/ Environment Agency who regularly attended the site. AOC Demolition have effective management systems and site controls in place and they have been a valued extension of our team on this project

AOC Demolition have efficiently carried out works over the course of 2 years as part of the Brunswick PFI regeneration scheme. They have prioritised minimising disruption to local residents and stakeholders throughout the process of asbestos removal, and the demolition of housing stock, Maisonnettes and commercial units on the Brunswick project.
