Just want to leave a review for the fantastic service you gave us from start to finish. On entering your factory showroom, Rob, your salesman, made us feel relaxed and comfortable. He was knowledgeable and nothing was too much for him. He helped us through the process of designing a fireplace to our own bespoke design. The fitters were great too and we now have a beautiful, quality new fireplace at a highly reduced price. Rob even came and fitted a replacement fire fascia on his day off! We would highly recommend your service and fireplaces and think that you have a gem in Rob as your salesman. Thank you again Sim and Tracey Sparkes

Liaha the owner was extremely helpful and efficient in assisting with the selection of my gas fire based on my requirements and clearly explained the pros and cons of the different options. The Order and delivery was far quicker than I could ever have hoped for. Liaha worked alongside Darren the fitter, who was equally as hard working and went well above and beyond in order to deliver exactly what we wanted from start to finish.
I am totally delighted with the finished result.:)) Thank you.
